Dems’ FOIA problems.
Are Virginia taxpayers picking up the tab for Democratic Governor Tim Kaine’s travels as DNC chairman? I’m sure VA Republicans and Independents would be interested in the answer to that question as well as rank and file VA Democrats. Will they ever know? Kaine is refusing Freedom of Information Act requests. Should VA taxpayers be on the hook for raising money to support the Democrat Party? Sounds like Chicago politics has come to the national DNC. Are you surprised? This is from an editorial in the Washington Times:
Just last week, the administration rejected a Freedom of Information Act request for White House logs showing the names of coal executives who had visited the White House to discuss Mr. Obama's "clean coal" policies. This is the same Mr. Obama who as senator castigated the "secret energy meetings" with oil executives...

The Congress passes the biggest ever tax increase on the American taxpayer and all the media can talk about is the Michael Jackson death. He's dead, it's over, let him go in peace. Sure, they need to do an autopsy but get it done and if there is a story there, fine.
We have a government gone nuts! We are going to penalize the American taxpayer with additional taxes so we can be an example for the rest of the world in addressing the global warming hoax.
We are going to place a burden on small business, the great job creators, in a time of increasing unemployment. We are increasing energy costs at all levels which will place a sever burden on the poor. Wait till this winter and we will be needing Hugo Chavez to help us to provide cheap heating oil for the people freezing their asses off in the northeast. If you have a job you better hang on to it and if you don't,...

Barack Obama, African colonial.
This is an amazing insight into our president from L.E. Ikenga who is a first generation American of West African parents. She knows her heritage and recognizes something in Obama that we long-time Americans have not. Rush read this on his show on Friday. Please read it all. She makes much sense.
…The key to understanding (Barack Obama) lies with his identification with his father, and his adoption of a cultural and political mindset rooted in postcolonial Africa.
Like many educated intellectuals in postcolonial Africa, Barack Hussein Obama, Sr. was enraged at the transformation of his native land by its colonial conqueror. But instead of embracing the traditional values of his own tribal cultural past, he embraced an imported Western ideology, Marxism. I call such frustrated and angry modern...

From Friends of Freedom:
HR 2454 The American Clean Energy & Security Act (Previously named CAP & TRADE) is out of committee and coming to the floor of the House of Representatives for a Fast Track vote on Friday, June 26th.
Call or email your Congressman and tell them NO today! When calling your representative, do not use the words "Cap & Trade." You need to use "HR 2454 ACES ACT" when speaking with their offices. This bill, if passed will further increase the cost of energy consumption and be a tax on every American. Don't be fooled again by politicians who continue to rummage their hand through your pocket for your hard earned cash.
Please go to: http://www.politicallyempowered.com/TakeaStand/ContactYourLegislator/tabid/5726/Default.aspx and call or email you legislator today and tell them to vote NO on the ACES Act (The Climate Change Bill)

From Friends of Freedom (It doesn't matter if you are a Republican or a Democrat - this is the way it works.)
Here is an example of why hiring illegal aliens is not economically productive for the State of California...
You have 2 families..."Joe Legal" and "Jose Illegal".
Both families have 2 parents, 2 children and live in California.
"Joe Legal" works in construction, has a Social Security Number, and makes $25.00 per hour with payroll taxes deducted...
"Jose Illegal" also works in construction, has "NO" Social Security Number, and gets paid $15.00 cash "under the table".
Joe Legal...$25.00 per hour x 40 hours $1000.00 per week, $52,000 per year. Now take 30% away for state & federal tax. Joe Legal now has $31,231.00
Jose Illegal...$15.00 per hour x 40 hours $600.00 per week, $31,200.00 per year. Jose Illegal pays no taxes... Jose Illegal now has $31,200.00
Joe Legal pays Medical and Dental Insurance with limited coverage for a $1000.00 per month,
$12,000.00 per year. Joe Legal now has...

From: Friends of Freedom (Summary of a Robert Ringer Article)
In Dred Scott's Revenge, Judge Andrew Napolitano is not shy about bringing up uncomfortable truths.
He unapologetically refers to Abraham Lincoln as a man who rode into the White House on "the two horses of Liberty and Slavery," and quotes Lincoln, in one of his well publicized debates with Stephen Douglas, as saying:
I will say then that I am not, nor ever have been, in favor of bringing about in any way the social and political equality of the white and black races ... there must be the position of superior and inferior, and I as much as any other man am in favor of having the superior position assigned to the white race.
when coming face to face with the reality most people, rather than loving truth, try to make true that which they love. Much like John F. Kennedy, there is a wide disparity between Abraham Lincoln myths and Abraham Lincoln realities.

Obama’s White House is Falling Down
By Daniel Greenfield Thursday, June 11, 2009
In the sixth month of his presidency, Obama has turned an economic downturn into an economic disaster, taking over and trashing entire companies, and driving the nation deep into deficit spending expected to pass 10 trillion dollars.
Abroad, Obama seems to have no other mode except to continue on with his endless campaign, confusing speechmaking with diplomacy. It is natural enough that Obama, who built his entire campaign on high profile public speeches reported on by an adoring press, understands how to do nothing else but that.
Ego driven photo op appearances and clueless treatment of foreign dignitaries
While the press is still chewing over Obama’s Cairo speech, this celebrity style coverage ignores the fact that Obama’s endless world tour is not actually accomplishing anything. Instead his combination of ego driven photo op appearances and clueless treatment of foreign dignitaries have alienated many of America’s traditional allies. Those who aren’t being quietly angry at Obama, like Brown, Merkel or Netanyahu, instead think of him as as absurdly lightweight, as Sarkozy, King Abdullah or Putin do. ...

The Senate passed an apology for slavery recently. It has been reported by the news and intimated by interested parties that this is only a “down payment” to further actions.
What further actions? The stage is being set for reparations.
This is bad for the economy, bad for race relations which is bad for the United States AND it is bad for Blacks…er…African Americans.
Despite the fact there has been reparations for years in the form of “Affirmative Action”, welfare and aid to dependent children and a plethora of other “Great Society” programs …all of which have not worked to solve any real problem with this portion of the culture.
What the Nuevo-bleeding hearts will be demanding is to create circumstances where the receivers of reparations, are not in exchange with their environment.
What is criminality but someone who is not exchanging (is "out-exchange") with his environment? Exchange is value for value and where this is out of balance a person is criminal to that degree.
Receiving...
