How can we ever achieve the change we all say we need by putting Carolyn Kennedy in the Senate? How can we achieve change by saving Joe Biden’s seat for his son when he returns from military service? What do we need to do to get these imbedded elitist out of government? Or do we want to continue to perpetuate a system that continues to fail us? How can we go in a new direction if citizens continue to cede their responsibility to people who make a living at gorging themselves at the public trough? What must we do to get real change or more importantly what are you willing to do to get that change? Isn’t it time to quit allowing families to bestow government tenure to family members; weather they be Kennedy, Clinton, Bush, Gore, Udall, Biden, etc. Let’s have some new blood, how much worst could they do? It’s my idea of spreading the wealth!

The political class is becoming a reality rather than a metaphor. I totally agree with the sentiment. The question is how do you get dynasties out. Certainly there seems to be a longing for royalty in the U.S. In Schlossbergs case it seems to be a contest between her and and Cuomo in New York. Of course in Illinois it is just put up to the highest bidder...
