Interstate Business

*Big Businesses have special needs that need to be addressed within the Commerce portion of the Constitution.  This is due to the fact that most big businesses do business in many states and need some assistance in having continuity between States to be able to operate efficiently.  This is both beneficial to the business as well as to the employees and clients of that business.

Regulation of any business should be a balancing act that allows for ease of operation without a significant amount of bureaucratic regulation.  As with the airline industry, deregulation is not perfect but remember when government was in greater control; flying was expensive, competition was limited and fares were set along with routes and schedules.  Flying was reserved for the privileged, not the average citizen.  While we need effective control of the airline industry, we need it without the arrogance and ignorance government tends to bring to the table.
