Cap and Trade is legislation that places a tax on American prosperity to offset a climate change hoax that has no basis for the gloom and doom, it is being used as a scare tactic to promote wealth redistribution.  As someone I heard recently state, until the people perputrating the hoax get serious about it in the way they live their lives it should not be taken serious by the rest of us.  Let us know your thoughts on the issue here.
