Social Programs

*Welfare and social programs are imposed on us by politicians who do not wish to be examples of good practices; It is easier for them to impose their will on others to achieve objectives they are unwilling or unqualified to provide the leadership necessary to accomplish on their own. Then they don't know how to manage the programs they enact, their only solution is to increase funding as opposed to changing direction. No business in America could operate on those principles; they would have gone out of business long ago.
