*Our Military are our sons and daughters, we must prepare them to be successful in all matters they encounter. The question is, how do we develop, educate, train and equip them to do their best for all of us when they are asked to by our leaders?"

*Some Americans consider the military a career of last resort for those who have no other options, is that true? While I might not choose the military as a career choice I have family and friends who have and I do not believe they chose it because they had no other options. What we need to do is support those who work to defend this country and reward them for their service.  If we make it too easy to leave, much like any business, we will not retain committed leaders who make the military an attractive employment alternative for many. Is it not true that there are people who like the military lifestyle who are willing to serve their country to preserve it’s principles of freedom and justice or must we assume we are all just a bunch of cowards unwilling to stand for what we believe in if it involves personal sacrifice.
